This is the last class of the series, and i wanted to finish it on a high note. As such we will do a
fantastic yoga set and meditation which will charge you up with energy, courage and positivity to
carry on. We will do the kriya withstanding the pressure of time followed by my personal favourite
Ong in Virasan meditation which gives you the shield to conquer the world. This is a powerful and
energetic class for a full tune-up of the nervous system. If the nerves are not tuned-up you will not
be able to withstand the pressure of the time. This also works on two problems common to a
woman—locked up pelvis and locked shoulders.
